These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Vibration-ship, operated by Tiina Nuum OÜ, Estonia, European Union.

By purchasing a Relationship Deep Dive, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Relationship Deep Dive is a personalised astrological analysis based on the birth information and relationship context provided by the customer.

The service includes an individual written report based on the methods and frameworks described on the Vibration-ship website.

The report is created specifically for the relationship and information provided by the customer. It is therefore a personalised service rather than a standard or downloadable template product.

2. What the service is — and is not

The Relationship Deep Dive is intended for personal reflection, exploration and insight.

It is not:

• medical, psychological or psychiatric advice;
• psychotherapy or counselling;
• legal or financial advice;
• a guarantee about the future;
• a prediction of a predetermined outcome;
• a compatibility score or relationship verdict.

Astrology does not determine whether you should stay in, leave or otherwise change a relationship. The interpretation is provided as a perspective for reflection and does not replace your own judgement.

3. Information provided by the customer

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• names;
• dates of birth;
• times of birth;
• places of birth;
• your question and relevant context.

If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are entitled to provide that information for the purpose of receiving the service.

An inaccurate birth time may affect the precision of parts of the analysis that depend on birth time, houses or chart angles.

4. Delivery

The completed report will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase.

The expected delivery timeframe will be stated on the website or communicated to you after purchase.

Because each report is individually prepared, delivery time may vary.

5. Personalised nature of the service

Each Relationship Deep Dive is created specifically for the customer and the relationship described in the order.

For this reason, a refund is not available simply because you disagree with, dislike, or do not personally identify with an interpretation in the report, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Astrological interpretation is inherently subjective. Different people may interpret the same pattern differently, and the report is presented as an interpretation rather than an objective determination of fact.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.

If you request that preparation of your personalised Relationship Deep Dive begins before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period, you expressly request that the service begin immediately.

Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once the personalised service has been fully performed, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

This should also be reflected in the purchase flow itself, rather than relying only on this page.

7. Problems with the service

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

If the report has not been delivered, is materially different from the service described on the website, or there is another issue covered by mandatory consumer protection law, please contact us at tiina.nuum@gmail.com

Where applicable law gives you a right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, termination or refund, those rights remain available. EU rules provide remedies where digital content or services are not in conformity with the contract.

8. No guarantee of a particular outcome

We do not guarantee that a Relationship Deep Dive will answer a particular question in the way you expect, confirm a particular belief, or lead to a particular relationship or personal outcome.

The purpose of the service is to provide a deeper perspective on relationship patterns and dynamics.

9. Intellectual property

The report and its written content are created by Tiina Nuum OÜ and are intended for the personal use of the purchaser.

You may read, save and print your report for personal use.

You may not commercially reproduce, resell, republish or distribute the report or substantial parts of it without prior written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Your report and the information you provide for its preparation are treated as confidential.

Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.

11. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

The price displayed at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Any applicable taxes or charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment information shown at checkout.
