  1. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the purpose, we process personal data on different legal bases under the GDPR.

Contract

We process information necessary to provide the Relationship Deep Dive you purchase and to communicate with you about the service.

Legal obligation

We may retain information where we are legally required to do so, including information required for accounting and tax purposes.

Estonian accounting and tax legislation generally requires relevant transaction and accounting records to be retained for seven years.

Legitimate interests

We may process limited information where necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as website security, preventing fraud, maintaining our records and improving the service, provided that those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

Consent

Where processing requires your consent — for example, certain optional cookies or marketing communications — we will ask for it separately.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  1. Website analytics and cookies

Vibration-ship currently uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited and how people navigate the site.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website interactions and the device or browser used. Google states that it does not log or store IP addresses of users in the EU, UK and Switzerland, although approximate location information may be derived before the IP address is discarded.

We currently use analytics for website measurement and improvement.

If we introduce advertising, remarketing or advertising personalisation in the future, this Privacy Policy and our cookie settings will be updated as necessary, and any consent required by applicable law will be requested before such processing takes place.

Your personal data may be processed by service providers that help us operate Vibration-ship, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — website analytics
  • our website hosting and technical service providers
  • email delivery providers used to send your report or transactional communications

These providers only receive the information necessary for the services they provide, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law will be used.

  1. Your Relationship Deep Dive is confidential

The personal information and birth data you provide for your Relationship Deep Dive are used to prepare your individual report.

We do not publish your report or share its contents publicly without your permission.

We will not use your report as a testimonial, case study or marketing material without your separate agreement.

  1. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Information connected to purchases and transactions may need to be retained for the periods required by Estonian accounting and tax legislation.

Other information, including information submitted for the purpose of preparing a Relationship Deep Dive, will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and protect our legal rights.

Where information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data
  • request correction of inaccurate data
